It a very nice park. The only thing I can say bad is the showers. You have to pay .50 cents for three minutes of so called hot water.
Great campground with a beautiful warm lake. Multiple picnic benches cover the park by the lake with one covered shelter, a big swimming area marked with floating logs, and a playground by the restrooms and showers. Discover passes do not work here and you have to pay 10$ a day for parking unless you are camping then you get a pass for one vehicle but must pay for additional cars. Me and my family had a blast the 2 days we camped here and will definitely come back and recommend it to others.
We have camped here for years now and always have a great time. Lake Goodwin is right there and the water is warm. It has a great beach area that is fun for the kids and is roped off for their protection. You have a choice of different types of sites, either plain or hookups, in the shade or sunny.
We camped out and went boating and fishing for the weekend. It was pleasant and the restroom was clean. We will be back
Fair spot for a picnic. Beach area picnic tables are not handicap friendly. Fishing from the beach/shore is rather dismal. Boat launch is decent, but, can back up quickly.
