The vets here, don't know anything about what they're doing. They say everything is just a cyst or growth and that it's from old age. And they prescribe prescriptions that should not be used on pets. I highly reccomend you get a vet who knows what they are talking about and that actually care for your pet. I'm sickened by the fact that my dog who has been heavily panting they say it was from just old age, but comes to find out her breathing tube is constricted and she's breathing through a tube the size of a straw which is clearly abnormal.
Treated our best friends very well. Our elder cat needed dental care, and could not eat. Now he is fat and healthy. Our newest trio of kittens, once feral, are now 5 months old, ready to go everywhere with us.
The staff at Affordable Petcare clearly care about the pets they treat and the clients who bring their pets. In dealing with the many end of life health and happiness issues which are a part of my pet's life, the response of staff has been thoughtful, respectful, and informed. Pricing for services has been reasonable as their business name suggests. I could not bring myself to understand the complaint above that gave one star for a 9 minute phone rate. The staff take the time needed to deal with their current patients and the prices are reasonable. A 9 minute hold time seems a small compromise.
The one thing that does keep me from giving 5 stars though is a lack of a weekend answering machine. This would be considerably less expensive than an additional staff member and might go a long way to dealing with communication bottle necks. That said, I impressed with the staff and their care for our pets. Thank you Affordable Petcare.
Love taking my bulldog here i come in Atleast once every 2 months. And it is allways good helpfull service from the friendliest staff. The doc is great and is really knowledgeable about dogs's with constant issues.
Our German Shepherd had been going through health issues for about a year. No vet nor treatment was helping her. We tried everything we could and went to three different vets for help. Finally we found not only a vet but an entire staff who are friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. One look at our Nala and Dr. Cook knew exactly what was wrong with her. She has environmental allergies. He put her on a medication and a month later she is fully back to our normal dog. We can't thank Dr. Cook and his staff enough for all of they're help. We are very pleased and will not go anywhere else now.
