I had a terrible experience with this place of business. I went in with an open mind. I wanted to explore my options to see what sort of trip was in my price range. I had over $1400 cash to spend the day I walked in but the lady who helped me was not only very rude but she kept acting like there was no vacation that I could afford. She also informed me several times that to book a vacation you have to put down a down payment of a couple hundred dollars and she would need to do that today if I wanted to save my spot. After I had already explained I had roughly $1400 for down payments. Then she asked my age and after that just blew me off (I am 22 and my boyfriend is 24, but we both work our butts off so we wanted to treat ourselves).She said it would take time for her to get information and she would email me in a couple of days. It has now been 3 weeks. Not one email. This place was not only disrespectful it was extremely judgmental. I will never go back.
