Super friendly and helpful , I've never been disappointed with this store.
This place is a hands down good place. They have enough of everything to get the job done and the staff there is extremely helpful. Just today, I went in there for some plumbing parts and while I was inside, my car got side swiped. It caused my running board to shove into my back tire. I needed to get it off to be able to drive away and I went inside to buy a set of wrenches to get it off. They told me what had happened and came outside with their own set of ratchets to help me take my running board off. I highly recommend this place.
Very rude and disrespectful employee's there. I was there to look at ladders, and the the different prices and because i was wearing a hoodie I got followed by the manger and could hear him calling me a Thief and other things that was rude to his other workers I was followed by two employees who made it very clear that I was not welcome in the store. The ironic part was that I had over 2000 bucks in my wallet at the time and has planed to buy a ladder and some tools for work but after them treating me like a criminal I decided not to spend my money there
I love that Ace stores are locally owned and operated. Ace always has a great selection of hardware including metric sizes.
Walt is absolutely worthless. Don't go here if you need help.
