In September 2012, Darrow Carpets Inc. installed a laminate tile floor and nylon berber carpet in my Condo. It was completed in a timely manner with good craftsmanship. They took the time for a firm estimate including an inspection that I had adequate sub flooring. My friends and family were happily stunned by the results.
I went to darrow's today looking to buy a carpet pad as I already acquired a carpet elsewhere. This seemed to completely baffle the women at darrow's who claimed curtly to be the owner. Once we convinced her that all we needed was a pad she then informed me that it wouldn't fit in my vehicle, when I told her how much square footage of pad I wanted she went into an explanation of how wide it comes and how it needs to be taped together. I ended up leaving without buying anything as the women clearly had no intention to be of service. This was the worst customer service experience I've had and will deffinatly not be recommending darrow's to anyone.
